We want you to actually use the workbook. Pick your skill and complete at least five short 15-minute sessions. If you do not see clear progress in your skill, or you have not cut down on mindless scrolling, email us your Session Proof Tracker within 30 days of purchase and we will refund 100 percent of your payment.

How to Request a Refund

• Email hello@thefocusmove.com from the address you used at checkout.
• Include your order or receipt details from Whop.
• If you have used the tracker, attach a photo or screenshot of it. It helps us improve the product.

Refunds are returned to your original payment method through Whop. Once we approve a refund, it typically appears within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

After 30 Days

Refund requests made more than 30 days after the date of purchase are not eligible.
