1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing or accessing The F.O.C.U.S. Method ("the Product"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not purchase or use the Product.

These terms apply to all customers of The Focus Movement ("we", "us", or "our"), a business based inIsrael.

2. The Product

The F.O.C.U.S. Method is a digital product consisting of:

• Session Proof Tracker
• Phone Distraction Guide
• Bonus: Zero-Friction Study Station Checklist
• Bonus: Missed-Day Recovery Protocol

All materials are delivered digitally. No physical product will be shipped.

3. Payment

The Product is priced at $47.99 USD as a one-time payment. All prices are listed in US dollars. Payment is processed securely by our checkout provider, Whop, at the time of purchase, and Whop's own terms also apply to your transaction.

You must provide accurate and complete billing information. By submitting payment, you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

4. Delivery

Digital access is granted immediately upon receipt of payment through your Whop account. If you experience any issues accessing your materials, contact us at hello@thefocusmove.com and we will resolve it promptly.

5. Refunds

Your purchase is covered by a 30-day guarantee. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual Property

All content within the Product, including the workbook, worksheets, framework, and supporting materials, is the intellectual property of The Focus Movement and is protected by copyright.

Upon purchase, you are granted a personal, non-transferable licence to use the materials for your own individual use. You may not:

• Resell, redistribute, or share the materials with others
• Reproduce or republish any part of the Product without written permission
• Use the materials for commercial purposes or as part of a paid coaching, course, or training programme

7. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Product or any associated services to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Infringe upon the intellectual property rights of The Focus Movement or any third party
• Commercially resell or redistribute any materials without authorisation
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with The Focus Movement

8. Limitation of Liability

The Product is provided for informational and personal development purposes only. Results will vary by individual. Beyond the refund guarantee described above, we make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes such as reductions in screen time, skill level attained, or improvements to wellbeing. To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Focus Movement shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Product or inability to use it. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer protection laws that cannot be waived.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Product after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
